Document extraction uses your own LLM API key at your provider's standard rates. You choose the provider: Anthropic, OpenAI, or any compatible endpoint. You see the cost on their bill. You switch anytime.

What counts as an entity?
An entity is any structured record in your Neural Fabric: a customer, invoice, shipment, material, document, note, or any other object your agents create or extract. Each entity counts toward your plan's storage limit regardless of type.
What happens when I hit my entity limit?
Your existing data stays accessible and queryable. New writes are rejected until you upgrade or delete entities to free capacity. Nothing is deleted automatically.
Can I switch plans?
Upgrades are self-serve from your dashboard. To downgrade or cancel, use the Manage Billing option in your dashboard, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal.
What does "document extraction uses your own LLM API key" mean?
The Neural Fabric uses an LLM for AI-powered operations: extracting entities from uploaded documents, normalizing new entities, and classifying edits. This runs on your own API key, encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. You pay your provider directly at their standard rates. Qorbit never exposes your key.
Which LLM providers are supported?
Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT-4o), and any OpenAI-compatible provider including Kimi/Moonshot and DeepInfra. Configure your key on the Connect page in your dashboard.
