Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Qorbit, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Qorbit is operated by QORBIT PTE. LTD., a company registered in Singapore (UEN: 202607759H).
2. The service
Qorbit is an operating system for AI memory. At its core is the Neural Fabric, a structured knowledge graph, and the Qorbit kernel, the reasoning layer that sits between your AI tools and everything they need to know. You connect AI agents (Claude.ai, ChatGPT, Cursor, Gemini, OpenClaw, and other MCP-compatible clients) to your Fabric using a URL and bearer token provided in your dashboard. The kernel intercepts every query, enriches it with relevant knowledge from the Fabric, validates every write before it lands on the graph, and returns answers traceable to the exact facts that produced them. The result is persistent, structured knowledge queryable by any connected agent, at any time, in any tool.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and bearer token. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Qorbit.
4. Plans and payment
Qorbit offers a 14-day free trial and paid subscription plans (Builder, Pro, Enterprise). Plan details, pricing, and limits are described on the Pricing page at qorbit.com.
A valid credit card is required to start a trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the plan you selected.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Qorbit to store or process illegal content.
- Attempt to access another tenant's Fabric data.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
- Use automated systems to exceed your plan's entity, ingestion, or query limits.
- Resell access to Qorbit without written permission.
- Share your bearer token with unauthorized parties.
6. Your data
You own the data you store on your Fabric. We do not claim ownership of your content.
You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
We do not use your Fabric data to train AI models.
7. Service availability
We aim to keep Qorbit available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
Enterprise plans include a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with specific uptime commitments.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qorbit's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.
Upon termination, your Fabric data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the service. Continued use of Qorbit after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
