1. Who we are

Qorbit is operated by QORBIT PTE. LTD., a company registered in Singapore (UEN: 202607759H). When this policy says "Qorbit," "we," "us," or "our," it refers to QORBIT PTE. LTD.

2. What we collect

When you use Qorbit, we collect:

• Account information: your name, email address, and password when you create an account.
• Usage data: which MCP tools you call, how many queries you run, and how many entities are stored on your Fabric. We use this to enforce plan limits and improve the service.
• Payment information: if you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment details are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number.
• Fabric data: the knowledge you write to your Neural Fabric (notes, assertions, ingested documents, entities). This is your data. We store it to provide the service.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically when you visit qorbit.com.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to:

• Provide and maintain the Qorbit service, including storing and retrieving your Fabric data.
• Process payments and manage your subscription.
• Send you service-related communications (account confirmations, security alerts, plan changes). We will not send marketing emails without your consent.
• Monitor usage to enforce plan limits (entity counts, ingestion caps, query volumes).
• Improve the service by analyzing aggregate, anonymized usage patterns.

4. What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
• We do not use your Fabric data to train AI models. Your knowledge graph is yours.
• We do not share your Fabric data with other tenants. Each tenant's data is isolated.
• We do not serve advertisements in Qorbit products.

5. Data storage and security

Your Fabric data is stored on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure (Google Cloud Storage and Valkey Memorystore) in the United States. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256).

We use Firebase Authentication for identity management. Passwords are never stored in plaintext.

Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only.

6. Data retention

We retain your Fabric data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days to allow for reactivation, then permanently deleted.

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting contact@qorbit.com.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data: request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correct your data: update inaccurate information in your account settings.
• Delete your data: request deletion of your account and Fabric data.
• Export your data: request an export of your Fabric data in a machine-readable format.

8. Cookies

qorbit.com uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the service. The "Effective date" at the top of this page indicates when it was last updated.
